PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a banking reinforcing bag, by which a soil character can be improved simply even in any soil character without selecting the soil character and which is easily handled, transported, stored and executed, and a banking construction method using the bag. ;SOLUTION: In the banking reinforcing bag in which a banking improving material is housed in a bag composed of a film made of a water-soluble resin, a banking having excellent strength and stability is obtained by laying the bag to either upper or lower one side or both sides of a beltlike reinforcing body and improving a soil character.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
