PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely break an underground structure and improve the workability when breaking the concrete underground structure. ;SOLUTION: First and second jacks 1 and 2 are respectively arranged in the direction orthogonal to a third jack 3 in a tip upper part and a rear end upper part of the third jack 3 arranged in the lengthwise direction of the underground structure 10. Either of the first and second jacks 1 and 2 is fixed on the tip of a rod of the third jack 3, and a breaking device 6 is fixed to a side wall 10a of the underground structure 10 by the first jack 1. A hole is bored in the side wall 10a by the tip of the second jack 2. The breaking device 6 is advanced by the extension-contraction of the third jack 3, and is moved to the next boring place.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
