PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely install a newly constructed mounting metal fitting to an existing roof without hammering or driving the metal fitting and to minimize generation of dust during construction of the newly constructed roof.;SOLUTION: A driving force of an electric screwdriver is converted into a pressing force of a sliding plate 34 for mounting a newly constructed mounting metal fittings 8 and 9 to the existing slated roof 2. Consequently, the newly constructed mounting metal fittings 8 and 9 can be easily and surely installed to the existing slated roof 1 without hammering or driving the metal fittings.
