PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the flowability without separation of solid and liquid components for long time and make easy liquid transportation, storage, and measurement possible. SOLUTION: The concrete composition is composed of components (A)-(D). The component (A) is powderly fly ash of 100 pts.wt., the component (B) is silica fume of 1-150 pts.wt., the component (C) is one or more kinds of chemical admixtures of 0.1-15 pts.wt. for concrete, which are selected from AE water reducing agents, high-range water reducing agents, high-range AE water reducing agents, and plasticizers, and the component (D) is water of 40-160 pts.wt.
