PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize loads of respective XSLT devices to improve the efficiency of an XSLT distributed process in the XSLT distributed process using a plurality of the XSLT devices each used for converting an XML document into another XML document or another type of document by using an XSL style sheet. PSOLUTION: An XSL look-ahead part 211 of this XSLT load allocation device 210 reads the XSL style sheet 20 to extract a conversion object tag. An XML look-ahead part 212 looks ahead the XML document of an XSLT process object to count the number of emergence of conversion object tags. A processing time estimation part 213 estimates a conversion process time of the looked-ahead XML document based on the number of emergence of the conversion object tags and the processing time of the respective conversion object tags. A load distribution control part 214 is so structured as to determine the XSLT device 10 for converting the looked-ahead XML document based on the estimated conversion process time and a distribution log 219.
