PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period of time from generation of bill information to a state that the bill information becomes browsable by a user even when many pieces of bill information are generated at once, especially when timing that the user browses the bill information and timing that the bill information is generated are overlapped.;SOLUTION: A plurality of the bill information are periodically received, stored from the bill generation apparatus 2, received and stored at any time from the bill generation apparatus 2. When a primary bill browsing request is received from a user terminal 5, whether the bill information requested on the basis of primary browsing request information is the bill information periodically received and stored or the bill information received and stored at any time is decided, the applicable bill information is retrieved among pieces of the stored bill information and the retrieved bill information is transmitted to the terminal 5 on the basis of a decision result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
