As for those which are disclosed, IEEE802.11 radio local area network (WLAN) the access point in (AP) with multiple stations (STA) with it is manner and the system which choose the communication channel between dynamically. As for this manner, whether or not the new channel which it should utilize with aforementioned multiple STA is necessary, the step which measures the channel quality of the multiple frequency channels due to step and at least one aforementioned which multiple STA are decided and, the signal strength suggestion which is received (RSSI), clear channel assessment (CCA) busy period and step and the step which chooses one of the candidacy channels on the basis of the aforementioned channel quality report is included for utilizing in communicating with aforementioned AP and aforementioned quality of the aforementioned multiple frequency channels is reported in the periodicity dot multiple STA.
