PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication method that adopts an ID- NIKS (ID-based non-interactive key sharing schemes) which is immune to attacks of random number replacement.;SOLUTION: A center 1 utilizes a division vector, resulting from dividing specific information (ID information) of each entity into a plurality of blocks and uses a row vector extracted, corresponding to the division vector o each entity from a symmetrical matrix which is specific to each block for generating a private key specific to each entity and transmits it to each entity. In this case, a center 1 divides the row vector into a plurality of vectors and generates the private key for each divided vector. Each entity uses a component included in the private key specific to itself and corresponding to the division vector of the opposite party to generate a common key required for encryption and decoding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
