The fuel injector has, the entrance port (118), the substance and the exit port nearby metrical expedient which possess the fuel passage which extends from the exit port and the entrance port to the exit port (104) with, metrical expedient the magnetostriction element which is in operation contact relationship (116) with, as for constitution of the magnetostriction element, essentially, chemical formula with Tb xDy1-xFe y, x from approximately 0.31 inside approximately 0.33 ranges, in addition y is the Telecom phenol -D alloy inside approximately 2.2 ranges from approximately 1.8.
