PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recliner for vehicle capable of preventing wrong meshing by inhibiting play from generating, which can retain high stiffness and has improved durability and a simple structure wherein total number of parts, assembling time and manufacturing costs can be reduced.;SOLUTION: The recliner for vehicle comprises: an upper operating member 20 linked and fixed to a lower fixing piece which is linked to a seat fixing base for fixing a seat and forming the seat as a main frame; a lower operating member 30 fixed to an upper fixing piece which is formed so as to fix a back seat by mutually contacting with the upper operating member; a working cam 60 interposed between the upper operating member 20 and the lower operating member 30 by inserting a fixed shaft 70; and a first and a second lock gears 40 and 50 fitted and fixed between the lower operating member 30 and the working cam 60.
