PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reconstruction of a table moving type MR image. PSOLUTION: The subject system comprises steps of receiving an input array including a plurality of uncorrected K spatial data points, erasing contents of a summation array, obtaining respective kernels on the plurality of the uncorrected K spatial data points in the input array, and generating a corrected data in response to the input array and the kernels. Generation of the corrected data includes steps of correcting the uncorrected K spatial data points on nonlinearity gradients, carrying out the correction in the K space, and correcting the uncorrected K spatial data points on the table moving.
