PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and high-sensitivity phytoplasma detection method that can detect all phytoplasma species specifically to the phytoplasma. ;SOLUTION: Phytoplasma is detected by a specific antibody to SecA protein that is the film protein of phytoplasma. The specific antibody performs the cloning of a secA gene to determine a base sequence, and manufactures protein obtained by expressing a site with high antigenicity using the gene recombination technique as an antigen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
