Filter clogging resolution methods of filtration and washing tank

摘要

PURPOSE: To resolve a clogging in a short time and economically by using a polar solvent of at least one type of specific alcohol, ketone and acetylacetone for the clogging of a filter in a filtration cleaning tank for a solid catalyst to be used for olefin polymerization. ;CONSTITUTION: A polar solvent of any type selected from among alcohol expressed by formula R₁ OH(R₁ is a 1 to 8C alkyl group), ketone expressed by formula R₂COR₃(R₂ and R₃ are each a 1 to 4C alkyl group) and acetylacetone is used when a filter provided in a tank which filtrates and cleans a solid catalyst for olefin polymerization is used. Consequently, a blocking material in the filter is dissolved by the polar solvent and thus a filter clogging problem can be resolved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
