PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminated soil treating machine which generates improved soil of stable quality from soil contaminated with a heavy metal material, etc., and to provide a contaminated soil treating system.;SOLUTION: The contaminated soil treating machine is comprised of oxidation-reduction equipment 1A and solidification equipment 1B. The oxidation-reduction equipment 1A receives the contaminated soil, and adds a first additive to the soil in an amount corresponding to the feed of the soil, followed by mixing the resultant soil, to thereby discharge treated soil which has been subjected to oxidation-reduction. The solidification equipment 1B receives the treated soil from the oxidation-reduction equipment 1A, and adds a second additive to the treated soil in an amount corresponding to the feed of the treated soil, followed by mixing the resultant treated soil, to thereby discharge improved soil which has been subjected to insolubilization and solidification.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
