PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urination pad to be attached to a diaper for adult use which eliminate any assembling labor and troubles when fitted, less easily detached from a male urination organ, withstandable for suflicient urine volume, and excellent in wear. SOLUTION: A rectangular flat bag 1 is formed of a pad material 6 consisting of an water- absorbing material 5 including a non-water-permeable outer surface 2 and a water-permeable inner surface 3, one short side is formed to be an opening end 7, the other short side is formed to be a bag-like closing end 8, a non-water-permeable zone part 9 is provided on a peripheral edge of the opening end 7, a long side part on the opening end 7 side of the rectangular flat bag 1 is formed to be a non-water-permeable bellows 12, three to four radial notches 13 as large as the diameter of the male urination organ are provided in the pad material 6 in the width center of the short side on one surface side of the bag body 1 inward of the opening end 7, a portion therearound is formed to be an extremely thin-walled portion 14 with small amount of the absorbing material 5, a non-water-permeable sheet piece having an easily separable perforation 17 is stuck from internal and external sides, and face and reverse sides are formed to be an integrated portion 16 using the notches 13 to form a male urination bag comprising the rectangular flat bag body 1 with a bag face part 18 having an insertion hole of the male urination organ by separating the perforation 17.
