PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ultimate elongation of a rubber crawler and entering of mud by embedding a steel cord row in a rubber elastic body along its longitudinal direction and also embedding a canvas in the rubber elastic body on the inner circumferential side of the steel cord row sticking out to the right and left with its width wider than that of the steel cord row. SOLUTION: A steel cord row 2 is embedded in the central part of a rubber crawler in its longitudinal direction and a canvas 3 is embedded on the inner circumferential side of the steel cord row 2. The canvas 3 of the width W3 wider than the side-to-side width W2 of the steel cord row 2 is used. Bolt holes 4 for fitting a wheel to the rubber crawler are drilled in the sticking out parts 31 , 32 to both sides of the canvas 3. After fitting the rubber crawler to an outer ring of the wheel, the bolt holes 4 drilled in the rubber crawler and the bolt holes drilled in the wheel are brought in line with each other and the rubber crawler and the wheel are fitted together by screwing bolts into the holes. Thus fitness of the rubber crawler to the wheel can be made better.
