PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mediating an individual proxy contract capable of concluding a proxy contract for a prescribed action in a travel designation between individuals.;SOLUTION: When an order receipt applicant who plans to take a trip and is ready to perform the proxy of the prescribed action for the other person in the travel designation reports the designation of the trip and the traveling period to a server device 1, the information is registered in a travel information database 134. When an order applicant reports an action executing place and the period to the server device 1, a list of order receipt applicants matched thereto is responded. When the order applicant specifies any order receipt applicant in the list and the condition of action proxy, an individual action proxy contract mediation system 122 inquires the specified order receipt applicant whether the condition is acceptable or not. When the order receipt applicant responds the acceptance of the condition, the system 122 registers the content of the action proxy contract established under this condition in a contract content database 135.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
