PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the soil amendment method of high water content soil capable of displaying strength suitable for effective utilization application and obtaining improved soil lessening the burden to a circumferential environment and a soil conditioner.;SOLUTION: The soil conditioner which is softened with water, then agitated and mixed with high water content soil and which is obtained by solidifying the high water content soil by water absorption mainly due to physical action to make improved soil is constituted to mainly comprise a plant-based natural material, particularly wooden powder, more preferably kenaf physically absorbing water due to water absorption action.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
