PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a content of copper in a fuse of aluminum alloy for casting before the casting.;SOLUTION: The fused aluminum alloy for the casting is injected into a sample collecting container added preliminarily with a small amount of Al-5% of Ti-1% of B to conduct thermal analysis, and a silicon equivalent is found based on a primary crystal temperature of the fuse, and a content of silicon and the content of copper are calculated based on the equivalent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
