PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the height of an existing steel tower without temporarily installing a construction foundation.;SOLUTION: This device for raising steel tower intermediate part is constituted of a raising upper frame 200 fixed to an upper main column X to be raised by an upper main column clamp means 100, a non-raising lower frame 400 fixed to a lower main column Y not to be raised via a lower main column clamp means 300, and four jack-up means 500 connected to four corners of the non-raising lower frame 400 and having its upper ends connected to the four corners of the raising upper frame 200.
