PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a national common prepaid-card clearing system for a toll parking lot.;SOLUTION: Troubles increase in recent toll parking lots of which almost all are ones of unmanned coin timer charge system. Serious trouble occurs actually in a neighboring store, a dwelling house or the like, caused by requirement of exchange of money, generation of shortage of changes, or the like. The national common prepaid-card clearing system is used as a means for solving such the trouble to eliminate service of cash.
