PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio data reproducing/recording device, an audio data reproducing/recording method, an average sound volume level calculating program and an average tone quality level calculating program, those of which are capable of more easily and effectively adjusting the volume levels or the tone quality levels of a plurality of music data to be reproduced.;SOLUTION: The device is constituted of a 1st reproducing means for reproducing the audio data recorded on a recording medium, a recording means for recording the reproduced audio data on another recording media, a control means for controlling the reproduction of the 1st reproducing means and the recording of the recording means, and a volume level calculating means for measuring the volume level of the audio data reproduced from the recording means and also calculating the average volume level amount of the audio data to be recorded on the other recording media in accordance with the volume level, then the above control means is arranged so that the average volume level is calculated when the audio data reproduced from the above recording medium are recorded on the other recording media.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
