METHOD OF CHANGING LAYOUT OF RIBBON WIRE, PRODUCTION PROCESS OF WIRE HARNESS, LAYOUT CHANGING DEVICE FOR RIBBON WIRE, CONNECTOR AND WIRE HARNESS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of changing the layout of a ribbon wire, by which the number of parts can be decreased to reduce the cost, a production process of a wire harness, a layout changing device for a ribbon wire, a connector and a wire harness. PSOLUTION: Ends of electric wires 11 separated from one another are pushed into plate holes 13 provided at prescribed positions of a layout hanging jig 14 in such a manner that the tips stand at a substantially right angle with the layout changing jig 14. The electric wires 11 standing at a substantially right angle are bent in the layout directions after desired changes, whereby arrangement and layout directions of the electric wires 11 can be changed without using any part, and they can be fitted to a crimp connector 22 with the tips thereof laid up by tip cutting. Alternatively, the tips of the electric wires 11 are cut into prescribed lengths in advance to be fitted to the pressure- welded connector 22 after changing of layout directions.
