PURPOSE: To obtain a jig for measuring the surface resistance complex permittivity easily. ;CONSTITUTION: The jig 10A supports metal plates 1A, 1B in parallel through a predetermined interval. A standard resonator 5 is made of a dielectric material and mounted between the metal plates 1A, 1B at the time of measurement. The standard resonator 5 comprises a first resonator 51, and a resonator 52 coupled with the first resonator 51 to form one coupling resonator generating resonance peaks at more than one different frequencies generated through coupling. A sample resonator 6 includes a dielectric sample 61 and mounted between the metal plates 1A, 1B at the time of measuring the complex permittivity of the dielectric sample 61. The complex permittivity of the dielectric sample 61 is determined using a surface resistance obtained by means of the standard resonator 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
