A pair of the spacers 4 and 4 are arranged on the upper surface of the light transmission plate at a distance to provide a layered product 6, and the layered product 6 is put to touch mutually crossing positioning blocks 8 and 9 on a jig table 7. One of end sides of the spacers 4 is pressed by a pressing jig 10 to form the contact surfaces of the spacers 4 and the light transmission plate 5 into an optical contact state and to form the remaining parts into a state having interference fringe on the contact surface, and the spacers 4 and the transmission plate 5 are heated to the temperature not higher than the melting point of the synthetic corundum to form the spacers 4 and the light transmission plate 5 into the optical contact state in the method for adhering the synthetic corundum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
