PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual computer (LPAR) system having input/output channels more than the specified value of hardware architecture of a real information processor. SOLUTION: Input/output configuration information 111 and 112 held in a service processor(SVP) 10 are extended into different areas 215 and 216 inside a hardware system area(HSA) 21 and channel systems 100 and 200 different for each of input/output configuration information 111 and 112 are constructed. Then, the channel system 100 is used for an LPAR 1 and the channel system 200 is used for an LPAR 2, for example. Inside the HSA 21, an area 213 is provided for storing the correspondence between the respective LPAR and the input/output configuration information, further, an area 214 is provided for storing the addresses of the input/output configuration information areas 215 and 216 and the contents in these areas are changed by a hypervisor. As a result, corresponding to the LPAR to be operated while being dynamically switched on the real computer, the channel systems are operated while being dynamically switched as well.
