PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and speedily perform editing such as insertion or composition to the picture of an animation, etc., as if sending back a mail.;SOLUTION: This animation mail communication equipment 1 receives animation data sent from a communication opposite party through a network by a receiving part 11 to be stored in a received animation storage part 12. On the other hand, the equipment 1 stores prepared animation data in an added animation storage part 13 and when editing work is started by operation to an input part 15, the equipment 1 reproduces the animation data stored in the part 12 by a display part 14. When an operator performs the operation of insertion or composing by the part 15, an editing part 16 inserts or composites the animation in the part 13 at the time. When editing is finished, the animation data in the part 16 is stored in a send-back animation storage part 17 and at the time of operating the part 15, it is sent back to the communication opposite party.
