Test case generation system and test case generation method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an effective test of high quality which keeps the consistency and also satisfactorily includes all function specifications by extracting a combination of item data which are related with the test item data and generating a test case. ;SOLUTION: A test specification input part 60 receives input of the desired test specification data and produces a retrieval list to retrieve a function specification database 20. A test case generation part 70 retrieves the base 20 based on the given retrieval list and generates a test case corresponding to the test specification data. A test case output part 80 properly changes an item layout in response to the data on the test case which are finally obtained at the part 70 and outputs each test case with addition of the header of an item name and in the form of the test specifications. A test data generation part 90 generates the test data serving as the input data for an actual function test in response to the test case that is outputted from the part 80.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
