PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deoxygenation resin composition capable of achieving sufficient oxygen-absorption reaction even in an environment having low water content and to provide as packing material utilizing the resin composition, a packaging method and a packaged material. ;SOLUTION: This deoxygenation resin composition contains a resin and a deoxygenation agent produced by coating iron powder with sodium iodide or potassium iodide. A multilayer film produced from the resin composition contains the iron particles coated with sodium iodide, etc., in a deoxygenation resin layer 4. The use of sodium iodide or potassium iodide as a main component of the reaction accelerator of the deoxygenation agent gives a multilayer film capable of sufficiently absorbing oxygen in an environment having low water content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
