PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an external thread to be form-rolled even in the case of a thin- walled gas pipe or a thin walled SUS pipe.;SOLUTION: The core jig 11 is used to be inserted in the pipe end of a thin walled pipe when cutting an external thread for pipes. A core 12 in which a-specified parallel external thread 12b is formed on the outer periphery and a clutch 12a is formed on one end and a shaft 13 on which level differences are shaped to form large diameters as it goes from one end to the other end in sequence and a small diameter part 13b at the one end is made longer than the core 12, and a guide member 13c is protrusively arranged on the outer periphery of the large diameter part 13b of the other end side. The other clutch 14 which is attached to the penetration end part to the core 12 of the shaft 13, and an outer cylinder 15 where a shaft 13 can be inserted, and an oval hole 15a in which the guide member 13c is inserted on the middle and a fitting part 15b to a die head is provided at the outer peripheral part of the one end and a stopper piece 15c is provided at the inner peripheral part of the other end, and a first urging member 16 interposed between the shaft 13 within the outer cylinder 15c and the stopper piece 15c and a second urging member 17 interposed between the core 12 and the other side clutch 14 are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
