PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate natural ground improving work by inserting plural hole forming materials in plural holes piercing through the outer periphery of a slide arch center for tunnel lining in such a manner as to freely move toward and backward to provide a boring guide space for a grout filling hole. SOLUTION: A tunnel lining slide arch center 1 is installed in a designated position of a tunnel, and a slide arch center 10 where a hole 11 for guiding and inserting a hole forming material 3 is formed at a designated angle is placed on rails 7 to be moved. The coated material 3 is inserted in the hole 11 and the material 3 is fixed by a lock mechanism formed in a projecting hole 11 until it reaches the tunnel peripheral surface. After concrete is placed between the outer peripheral surface 101 of the slide arch center 10 and the tunnel peripheral surface, every material 3 is removed to form a grout filling hole forming guide space. Thus, positioning of the grout filling hole and setting of an angle are facilitated so as to achieve economical boring work.
