An Organizer of splicing Optical Fibers to ensure a Plurality of connections between first and second groups of Fibres and optical fibre to ensure Loose sections associated with such joints.The organizer includes a Lower Base Member which extends lengthwise and has first and second sides which extend longitudinally and opposing first and second ends which extend transversely. Optical Fibers can be stored in the form of Loose loops in the base Member.A Hinge is mounted at one end of the base Member and the lower member of Lower Base articulately connected to a Housing of a covered Optical Fiber splices. A Splice tray is arranged on the base Member and at least one Junction Seal is arranged in the Upper tray to ensure a Plurality of Connectors, side to Side.It also provides a covered Optical Fiber splices which includes the organizer of joints and joints using a method for organizing such Organizer.
