The edges rolled past the Calandria or help to avoid problems of carryover of multiple sheets, poor diet and registration.The lines are cut in die rolled through and not through the Inner lining. These lines define the perimeters of cut Blank business cards or other means of Printing and Paper box is disposed around it. These lines do not die cut in the Leaves stuck together.This allows the leaves are fed into the printer. The lines are then cut through the Inner lining, but through the Laminate to form strips of leaves with internal coating on the front side of the Laminate.Other steps in the process of cutting the Coil paper in individual sheets, Stack, packaging and Distributing sheets packed through retailers to reach the end user. Another method involves the formation of a Roller with a continuous Coil of Dry rolled sheets comprising a sheet with internal coating on one side of the Leaf.The Continuous Coil is desbobinada under constant Voltage and the edges of the Coil are passed to a calandria. The Face of the Blade of the continuous Coil is cut to Die Without Cutting the leaf with the Inner lining to form the perimeter Outlines of Print Media.The sheet is then cut with internal Coating in die without cutting off the face of the Blade, to form strips of lining. Ultrarremovible adhesive is applied to the paper to form an inner lining and the same is laminated sheets for Cards to form this Coil Continuous Laminated cards.The Continuous Coil is cut to die through the stock of cards but not through the Blade with inner lining to form, thus Cutting Line cards that define at least partially perimeters of Print Media.
