Each waste disposal station (S1, Sn) is connected to a central station (SC) via a communication link (L1, Ln). The central station includes an evaluation device which can send a revaluation signal to a credit memory (TG) for a pre-selected waste disposal station via the corresponding communication link, in order to assign credits associated with a pre-selected identification code. The system comprises identification devices with identification codes stored on them, waste disposal stations and a verification device for checking the waste depot authorisation of a person via the identification code on the identification device carried by the person. Each waste disposal station has an identification device, a memory for storing credit points related to the associated identification codes and a transfer device for one or more credit points associated with the identification code on the identification device carried by the person.
