The process is best applied to a metal plate of about 1 metre square which has edges folded twice (A,B) and cut outs (C) for fixing. The metal is degreased, spray painted with vehicle bodywork lacquer and passed through an oven. After fine sanding autoadhesive vinyl decoration starts with computer assistance followed by cleaning with degreasing liquid without solvents. Neat varnish is then applied followed by normal varnishing
