A number of dyke bodies (7) are stacked on top of each other on a first side of the dyke by stacking a second dyke body (7) on top of a first dyke body (7) beneath it by pushing it in the direction of the central part (11) of the dyke (10) to form a first slanting wall (1). The central part of the dyke is formed by layers of sand (9-9). Each dyke body includes a textile or film (8) for anchoring it in the central part of the dyke. The textile or film comprises a first part (18) located in the central part of the dyke, a second part (19) folded around the dyke body back in the direction of the first part, and a third (20) part in contact with the first part. The second slanting wall (2) on the other side of the dyke is formed by the natural embankment created by the sand in the central part of the dyke.
