The method is used in dental prosthesis. Composite material (13) is used ensuring comprehensive protection of the hard dental tissues of the supporting tooth (6) fitted around a precision magnetic holder (2) of a magnetic system - M2. The method can quickly be realized under clinical conditions. On a supporting tooth (6), after carrying out endodontal treatment, the clinical crown (7) is cut at the level of the dental papillae (8) and it is removed. A cavity (10) is made in form and sizes of a precision magnetic holder (2) of a magnetic system - M2. On the bottom (11) of the cavity (10) a shim (12) of cement is fitted. The precision magnetic holder (2) is adjusted in the cavity (10), it upper surface being up to 1.5 mm away from the dental papillae (8). The distance is adjusted by increasing or reducing the height of the cement shim (12). Holder (2) is fixed by means of composite material (13) which is fitted in advance in cavity (10), being covered by composite material (13) thick up to 1.5 mm, the hard dental tissues, fitted between the dental papillae (8) and the precision magnetic holder (2), protecting them from caries, poor oral hygiene and mechanical erasure during the movement of the magnet.
