In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a pesticide delivery system, consisting of a continuous film having a thickness of about 1 µm to about 1000 µm and non-continuous areas having locations of less than 100 µm. about 100 µm, wherein the continuous film contains a particulate material wherein at least 90% by weight of the particulate material has a particle size of about 10 microns or less and a pest control agent which at least partially coats the particulate material.
