In the present invention, there is disclosed a DNA vaccine against fungal infections, in particular trichophytosis containing a fragment of deoxyribonucleic acid of dermatophyte Trichophyton mentagrophytes, immunodominant portions of a heat shock protein of the heat shock family being characterized by molecular weight in the range of 60 000 to 65 000 and being incorporated into a plasmid provided with eukaryotic promoter.
