The method is for producing vegetable oils rich in bio-actives from oilseeds for use in foodstuffs, cosmetics, health products, solar preparations and pharmaceuticals. It involves conventional cleaning and impurity removal, drying and storage. Seeds are then graded with removal of those unripe, followed by milling and removal of husks. They are then subjected to cold pressing. - The crude oil is then centrifuged for initial sediment removal, followed by crude filtrations. Fine filtration then follows to provide refined oil.
