The use of the microwave and the Nitrocellulose in Staining and mounting of the PAP smears and biopsies

Using Microwave has been achieved in this work to minimize the heat generated in the tissues with different levels of dehydration and control that allows them to be used in place of Alcohol in the Staining of PAP smears and biopsies.
