A method for identifying and resolving medication problems

A method for solving problems occurring in the medication, in which method the subject range of the problem is defined, and the eventual measures required by the problem are defined. The method is characterized by solving the unclarity of the measures required by the problem by defining problem-specific sources of information, contacting the source of information to find out the measures required by the problem, and carrying out the necessary measures for solving the problem.
