t is disclosed herein a modular system of loudspeakers for use in multichannel sound reproduction, where independent operational modules compose a piece of furniture, each module having a distinctive operation: it serves as a loudspeaker, shelve, cabinet, set of drawers, television stand, electronic audio-visual devices stand, or as a stand for receiving books, CDs and DVDs. The adequate combination of said modules with conductible connections where needed, offers an aesthetical room-saving composition of furniture. The size, the acoustic performance and the technical characteristics of said system can be upgraded by addition or removal of the foregoing independent modules. Said independent modules differ in size and shape as well as in audio and technical characteristics so that one or several combinations thereof can geometrically and aesthetically suit any listening location and any use of simple or multichannel sound reproduction. Software, assisted by input data informing about the different operational units, as well as about the shape and dimensions of the location to be covered, is in position to automatically propose one or several loudspeakers modular furniture compositions.
