DIGESTER FOR THE TREATMENT AND ELIMINATION OF ORGANIC REMAINS AND ANIMAL MORTAL REMAINS.

The present discloses a digester for the elimination of animal mortal remains and organic remains such as: feathers, eggs, tissue, organs, embryos, etc., generated as the result of the research, learning and livestock production, which represent a potential problem of dissemination of pathogen agents that affect both people and other animals. The digester of animal organic residues solves said problem, having as principle alkaline hydrolysis produced by sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and water (H2O) as solvent, degrading organic matter transforming it into an aqueous solution, using as catalysts air and temperature the degradation process is accelerated to a lapse of 6 hours, obtaining as final preoduct: long bones in a friable state and settled grits, with sulphuric acid (H2SO4) for reaching the PH of 8.5 allowing to eliminate said solution in the public sewer, previous filtering of the solution in a grave tramp of different dimensions that considerably decreases the quantity of total solid s as the established norm says. The time of duration of the process in addition to the provided temperature of 95degree C, as well as the chemical reaction guarantees the destruction of any pathogen agent: bacteria, parasites, ferment, fungus and viruses.
