Above the alkaline substance in said neutralizing chamber, there is a final outlet. The final outlet is connected to the conduit so as to ducting hydrogen gas produced by operation to the outside of operating environment. Using chemical neutralization, the present invention can get rid of the acid component in the gas, protect operating environment and eliminate damage produced by acid substance to the device and the human being, so the object of green environmental protection can be accomplished.
