The present invention is related to an anti-fouling composition formulated based on amine polyether and alkyl acetates. This composition is employed to avoid the carbon residues and inorganic sediments which present in the primary residue after performing the primary distillation of crude heavy oils or mixtures with high content of them to precipitate in piping and equipments of heat interchange of primary and combined plants in the conventional scheme of oil refining. With the latter, heat losses are prevented and energy savings are allowed.
