The device for the automatic closure of doors is based on defined occurrences without external energy supply, with necessary electrical energy for the closing system and possibly other functions produced by the user on opening the door and stored in a battery. The system is controlled by a fire/smoke sensor, through air conditioning sensors or similar and can be operated centrally by management of the building or by the occupant. A double spring system is used, one of which attends to the normal closure of the door and the other provides the closure force essential under defined circumstances. A total impulse system is involved, in which a door (2) is hung in a frame (1). On the frame an impulse housing (3) is positioned, of which the shaft (4) via a slide arm (5) is connected to a fixed point (6) on the door, which can move linearly in the groove in the slide arm. To the slide arm is hinged a drive bar (7), of which the other end slides in a rail (8).
