Human herpesvirus 6A and 6B transfer factors for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and multiple sclerosis and methods to produce the transfer factors

A cell-free fluid of a mammary gland secretion of a human herpesvirus-6A ( HHV-6A ) or human herpesvirus-6B ( HHV-6B ) immunized lactating mammal is described. The fluid can be in the form of a lyophilized product and preferably the mammal is a bovine. The lyophilized product can be used in the manufacture of a medicament for treating chronic fatigue syndrome or multiple sclerosis.
