(b) also optimizes the catalogue based on Predetermined criteria so that the recommended application that will be downloaded by a wireless device is initially transmitted to another device that tries to access the catalogue.These criteria are ratings (End User), Identity (user specific) that try to access the catalogue, the overhead of the server to download the app, or sales data applications
