A fluid mixing device comprises a sheath (4) surrounding an injection tube (1) and connected to a diffusor (2); a helical tube (3) coupled to diffusor; a first inlet tube (6) and a second inlet tube (5) respectively coupled to sheath and injection tube. The injection tube has a smooth inside and the outside formed by a helical spiral whose pitch is twice the outside diameter of the tube, and its end constituting around 1/10 of its total length, is slightly conical and smooth.
